By booking a trip, you expressly agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations
- Cancellations 24 hours or more prior to the booked trip will receive a refund, less 3% convenience fee if booking was paid by credit card or payment app/service.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to a booked trip are non refundable.
Inclement Weather
- Any booked trip is subject to cancellation at any time by the captain due to inclement weather.
- Inclement weather includes, but is not limited to, Small Craft Advisory, forecasted rain, fog or any other weather or sea conditions which, in the sole opinion of the captain, prohibits safe and/or enjoyable boating.
- Full refund (less 3% of original booking payment convenience fee if booking was paid by credit card or payment app/service) is given in the event the captain cancels a booked trip due to inclement weather prior to the scheduled departure time.
- 75% refund (less 3% of original booking payment convenience fee if booking was paid by credit card or payment app/service) is given in the event the captain ends the trip early due to inclement weather arising prior to one fourth of the trip duration following the scheduled departure time.
- 50% refund (less 3% of original booking payment convenience fee if booking was paid by credit card or payment app/service) is given in the event the captain ends the trip early due to inclement weather arising between one fourth and once half of the trip duration following the scheduled departure time.
- 25% refund (less 3% of original booking payment convenience fee if booking was paid by credit card or payment app/service) is given in the event the captain ends the trip early due to inclement weather arising between one half and three fourths of the trip duration following the scheduled departure time.
- No refund is given in the event the captain ends the trip early due to inclement weather arising after three fourths of the trip duration following the scheduled departure time.
- As with all decisions pertaining to the boat, the captain has sole decision-making authority regarding trip abridgements and cancellations.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may not be consumed on the boat.
Lifejacket Policy
Any passenger may wear a lifejacket. All passengers less than 13 years old must wear a lifejacket.
Liability Waiver Policy
All passengers must sign a waiver for themselves and minor children for whom they are responsible.
Authority
Captain James Schwartz has sole decision-making authority while embarking, on board, and disembarking the boat.
